Cinnamon Essential Oil

$13.95

Cinnnamon - most people either love it or hate it. We love it though, so we're very happy to be able to offer it here at Scent Life! Despite us having an image of the recognisable bark for this product, this is in fact the leaf as the bark is known as a powerful skin irritant and may not be the best for use in diffusers too.

A powerful antiseptic, that can be used against coughs and colds. Placing a few drops in your diffuser can help to stop the spread of bacterias in the air, along with helping cleanse your inner linings if afflicted with the above conditions.
For antiseptic purposes, this is also great to blend with eucalyptus, niaouli, ravensara or tea tree.

Sometimes used in massage oils (use less than 1% if blending) for a warming effect that penetrates muscles with antispasmodic properties. To further this effect, blend with Chamomile, Sweet Marjoram, or Rosemary.

Cinnamon Essential oil can also act as a wakeup call to your mind and body, springing it into action with stimulating effects. A great pick-me-up oil for a tired mind/body or spirit. Make this even stronger by blending with Ginger or Lemon oils!
