Black Pepper Essential Oil

$12.95

Black Pepper Essential Oil has an unexpected amount of uses and is surprisingly commonly used in aromatherapy. Dried peppercorns from the vine known as piper nigrum produce these wonderous pellets of spice.

Massage therapists may use black pepper oil (diluted of course, normally in olive oil!) to create a warm stimulating effect that can penetrate deeper muscles and joints.

A study done in 1994 suggests that black pepper essential oil when inhaled, can reduce cigarette cravings and the associated anxiety that can come from withdrawl.

  • Extraction Method: Steam Distillation
  • Extraction Part: Seed

Aromatherapy Benefits

Warming - Perhaps best in winter time, with a warming spiciness that envelops the body.

Stress - Studies suggest that Black Pepper essential oil may reduce smoking cravings and stress when inhaled.
